Terms of use

These terms govern your use of CureMe websites and mobile apps (the patient app and CureMe Doctor). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What CureMe is

CureMe helps patients book appointments, follow clinic queues and keep visit records. CureMe Doctor helps clinics manage shifts, queues, prescriptions, certificates and recorded payments. CureMe is a software tool, not a hospital, pharmacy or emergency service.

Medical disclaimer

CureMe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care and does not replace a doctor. Decisions about care stay with you and your clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your phone number under your control.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and on family profiles you manage.
• Doctors must be entitled to practise where they claim to, and must only use patient data for legitimate care and practice operations.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service, break the law, or put patients at risk.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another person’s account or records without authority.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use CureMe to send spam or to collect data for unrelated commercial lists.

Appointments and clinic operations

Slot availability, fees, wait estimates and visit outcomes are set by the clinic or doctor, not by CureMe as a medical provider. Estimates can change as the queue moves.

Payments

Consultation and other fees shown or recorded in CureMe Doctor are for real-world services between the patient and the clinic. CureMe does not sell digital content through the apps and does not currently process card payments inside the apps.

Intellectual property

The CureMe name, apps and site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to the content you upload; you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CureMe is not liable for clinical decisions, delayed care, clinic no-shows, or damages arising from use of the software beyond what we cannot exclude under applicable Indian law.

Termination

You may stop using CureMe and delete your account at any time. We may stop providing the service or an account with notice when reasonably possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
